With the striking presence of a building of historic character in the city of Porto, the landscaping project of "Palacete de Cedofeita" aims to return nature to the city centre. The introduction of vegetation, in structures built specifically to receive it, significantly reduces the impact of constructions located in the surroundings of the land. The distribution of some medium-sized vegetation in the semi-detached lots breaks the limits defined between them, providing excellent quality views for those who are in the main building.

Sun exposure, seasonality and low maintenance requirements were essential points in the development of the project, which aims to create pleasant and sustainable leisure and contemplation spaces.
